Homeowners of these unique residences select one designer to work with personally, with the scope of complimentary design work to include consultation, specifically, selection of fixtures and finishes; selection of decor and furnishings; and artwork and lighting recommendations. Optional services include assistance in selecting linens, silverware, window treatments and other accessories.
