Broker Diane Lieberman has to her credit more than 25 years in real estate as an owner/developer, buyer and seller of luxury homes, boutique hotels and residential properties. Lieberman relocated to Miami 18 years ago bringing with her years of experience in competitive markets like Philadelphia and New York. Upon arrival she immediately noticed the enormous potential of the South Florida Market and wasted no time to get involved in all aspects of it. In 1999 she opened South Beach Investment Realty. During her first year in business Lieberman was mostly dedicated to the sale of Condo-Hotel projects in the South Florida area and since then has accumulated extensive experience in this market. She has personally sold an estimated 250 condo-hotel units and her company has completed successful and rapid sellouts for projects such as The Royal South Beach, The Brooklyn, The Montclair Lofts and participated in a large quantity of the sales for The Mercury South Beach, The Mimosa, The Skylark, and the Mayfair Hotel and Spa. SBI opened it's second location at the Ritz Carlton South Beach in February of 2005. In 2006 the company expanded by opening a division under the name of SBI Realty Commercial . Currently the division is serviced with over 15 Real Estate professionals servicing the emerging Biscayne Building Boom. |
