Downtown Dadeland comprises 7.5 acres of land. There will be approximately 125,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space within 7 different buildings -- all on the ground level. Above the retail and restaurant space will be 416 Residential Condominiums on floors 2 through 7. Each building is designed with its own unique style, which blends with the overall theme of Downtown Dadeland. There is a balance of unit types and sizes within each building, with some two-level residences mixed with single-level units. The 7th level in Building G (the southernmost building) will be solely dedicated for the use of the residents. This Recreation Level will contain a swimming pool, outdoor cabana area and an air-conditioned exercise center with expansive windows oriented to the southwest. Each residential elevator lobby will require card access with a phone-entry system for guests. Only residents and their guests will have access to the residential elevators. Retail customers will have designated "public" elevators for their use.
