According to Wachovia Senior Vice President Albert Fils who facilitated the transaction, the loan was secured in a timely manner considering the complexity of the loan structure. As a result, Emerald at Brickell offers the quality and variety of finishes and amenities you would expect to find in a much larger development," Fils noted. One, two and three-bedroom residences and penthouses are still available from $379,000 to over $1 million. Emerald at Brickell is being developed by Hollywood-based SunVest, a joint venture.
