In other words, from Collins Ave, you will drive around the tower, and the valet will be waiting for you by the ocean. On the street (west) side of the building, 6 cascading waterfalls, will impress all onlookers. Jade Ocean also features a pool designed to have sun light from sunrise to sunset. Unlike most other oceanfront condos, during the afternoon hours the sunlight is obstructed by the tower, and there is only shade. Here, you will always have sun light no matter what time of day. There will be one sundeck on the east side, and another on the west side. A large swimming pool will flow under the tower to combine the sundecks. You will always have sun at some point of the pool, whether you decide to go swimming in the morning or afternoon.
