The W South Beach Condo Hotel and Residences will be 25-stories tall, pet-friendly and have over 500 residences. All residences will have unobstructed views of the ocean. Studios, one and two bedroom units are available. Owners can choose to participate in the W Hotel rental management program. Amenities include two resort pools and a 10,000 square foot Bliss Spa. The hotel is expected to open in 2008. Tri Star Capital, Related Urban Development and Starwood Properties are the developement team for the W Hotel and Residences. Expect a Wow lobby and interior design from Yabu Pushelberg and some deluxe hotel rooms designed by Costas Kondylis of Kondylis & Partners.
